Villa Marian

Villa Marian is situated in an area known as Amoutsa, part of the town of Kassiopi in the North east corner of Corfu. It sits in 2,700 square meters of private grounds with spectacular views across the town and on to Albania.

With a gated entrance and walled grounds the villa offers seclusion but is within easy walking distance of both the town beach (120m) and the town centre (300m)

Outside it has a large private swimming pool measuring 9m x 5m, beyond the pool there are a few steps leading up to a delightful shaded seating area where the BBQ is located.

Inside the villa it is bright and airy, the ground floor is an open plan design making full use of the views with a large balcony along the full length of the property, great to sit out on in the evening and watch the cruise ships go by! There is a fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area, lounge and cloakroom on the ground level.

The upper floor has three spacious double bedrooms all with ensuite, air-conditioning, large balcony, and once again those great views!
